Revisiting Some Paintings

I was looking through my work to try to compile a list of stuff I want printed but it seems like I still have long, long ways to go. I don’t know why no one has pointed them out to me before, but some of my portraits are just weird. The structure of the face doesn’t make sense.

So I revisited some of them:

  • Stardust (the noses still look odd, but they are better compared to before. I’ll have to repaint this more)
  • Blue (old version; fixed up the eyes a bit though I’m still not entirely satisify with this either,)
  • Cloud Retake (no old version on dA though there is this layout; he has fuller lips, a proper nose and a longer jawline.)
  • Cosmos (old version; reconstructed nose, lips and jawline and fixed his right eye. From boy to man.)
  • Esmeralda, Mona Lisa (old version; I didn’t know why I didn’t see something so terribly wrong.)

Little Red Riding Hood

Going a little darker again. The original idea was to have her wear the wolf’s fur with its head coming down on her’s but I’m tired of the picture. It took way longer than it should have.
