Procedure
- An order is placed.
- A confirmation email is sent.
- The bottle is made.
- A secondary email is sent with an image of the message to be placed in the bottle for confirmation.
- Once approved, a payment via PayPal is requested.
- The payment is made.
- The bottle is shipped within 48 hours, and you are sent one final email with a tracking number or a scan of the receipt.
Concerning Shipping
There's nothing worse than waiting weeks for your delivery only to find a defected product in the mail. But to have the merchandise ensured properly, the shipping comes to an outrageous total. I try to find a happy medium.
Bottles are shipped using the most economic and safest solution on your behalf. They are protected in 2 layers bubble wrap that's compounded with paper filling. Then it placed in a #0 (6 by 9 inch) bubble mailer. For extra precaution, I request a "fragile" stamp to be placed on it.
