I don’t think I did him justice. The personality is off. Alternatively, I would have liked him and Hughes or Hawkeye back-to-back but it’s difficult for me to paint two characters convincingly on the same canvas.
I still haven’t started the second season yet. I’m getting missed reviews and I would like to judge for myself soon.

I believe it’s fantastic! It’s very realistic while still keeping Roy’s essence and personality. He seems almost seductive here, thoughtful, and powerful, but at the same time, it’s portrayed so much like real life that it makes you think of a real person, someone with true power and in such command of power.

Oh you did him justice all right. I feel he just looks a bit younger here, but god who cares, it’s Roy Mustang lol. So far the second season has been covering stuff covered in the first one. It’s in a couple of episodes still when things will change. It’s too bad not much subbing groups are doing the project though. );

Wow. This totally did him justice. Not quite as I imagined him (I see him with thinner lips, personally), but I love it anyways. I agree with what was said above, definitely a teenaged/cocky Roy. But still. AWESOME. And I agree it would have been even MORE awesome with Hawkeye, I would be interested to see how you paint her, since you did such a TOTALLY amazing job on Roy. ^^;;

@Eina: Now that you mentioned is, it does seem like a younger version which makes me more satisfied with it XD (Even though I’m not in full controlled of what I chose to paint, blah).
Thank you for the heads up with season 2. In that case, I think I’ll wait for the episodes to stockpile before I marathon through them. It’s a shame that not a lot of sub groups have picked it up.

i love it…He looks powerfull and calm inthe other hand, he has it’s own fire (and mmmm smile) but is’t agressive..maybe a bit of contrast background wpould lit it up..is u have understood what i ment to say :D
