Gallery: Shielded, Exposed, Turn Around, Stealth, Keepers, Flute, Bloom
I just realized that a lot of my figures tend to look/profile to their left/my right. I even made a conscious effort to orientate Bloom and it’s still to my right. I could always flip the image, which won’t look bad as I’m getting into the habit of mirroring the image to catch my errors, but it just feels correct to leave it the way I started it.

I’ve completed this earlier, but there’s something wrong with my FTPing on my laptop. I’ve tried at least 4 different programs, made sure the ports were opened, and messed with every security and firewall setting I have. Nothing. I’ve resorted to emailing the file to myself, downloading it onto my brother’s laptop (my laptop won’t event detect my home network), and uploading it from there.
There will be less time for personal work as I take up a job and a new design project.

There’s nothing wrong with looking to their left/your right. Your paintings are beautiful, right or left. I like the words that go along with some of your paintings too. (And hey, if you think about it, the person who’s holding out the hand is looking to your left xP)
The new premade design is beautiful too! I’m not a big fan of how the navigation links just stay black colored, but it’s gorgeous nontheless.

Thank you for your comment on my new layout. :] I admit, I’ve been a secret sometimes-stalker of yours for a while now. Your artwork is beautiful; my favorites of this update are Shielded, Exposed, and Bloom. The new design is really pretty; the scroll looks really neat, and I love the colors.
Good luck on your new job and design project! :]

I love the new paintings and your quotes with them too. I especially love Exposed, Stealth and Bloom. And like Vicky, I don’t see why there would be anything wrong with them looking to their left/your right.
As for the premade, I love the colors in it. I agree with Vicky about the navigation links too though.

@Zephyr: Thank you!
@Vicky + Megori: Heh, while there’s nothing inheritly wrong with them looking to their left, I don’t want it to become my comfort zone. But flipping the direction isn’t really pushing myself out of a hole either ^^;
Maybe I’ll go in change the link colour. I’m a lot more relunctant than I would have been if my FTP works properly.

Your portfolio looks just wonderful - much like eye candy all around =] I love ‘Mushroom Head’, it looks like a really fun piece but with a cool concept. Magic Mushrooms! Haha. It shouldn’t matter which way your portraits face, it matters how good they look and how you feel comfortable drawing :) Kudos with your new design project.
