“Smell what.”
“The flower I’m holding.”
“But I don’t see–”
“Since when did you need to see something to smell it? Even you can’t be that dense.”
…
“So?”
“Peachy, with a delicate rose fragrance fragrance and an almost imperceptible hint of citrus mixed with the morning dew.* An Eglantine rose.”
I did spend a fair bit of time painting a flower. It’s a shame it didn’t work out, but now it can be any flower you want it to be!
