Campus-411 Security Realignment

Picked up after another designer to realign the elements for a more efficient design; optimized the CSS backend so that it’s light-weight and standards-compliant.

“Fire Warning” is 1 of 5 rotating banners of which included visual representations of an epidemic, student protest, hurricane warning and blizzard warning.
