A design drafted for a friend’s writing site. Unfortunately, the site was never launched, and the layout has since been played with over the years.
It started out modestly (top right), but the concept was soon abandoned for a safer alternative (bottom right) with a traditional left navigation and box content structure. That was in 2005. Two years later, the first mockup was revisited with a gel-like touch.
Ideally, the finish product will integrate flash so that dandelion seeds and words would flutter across the banner.
