Campus-411 PhotoBlog
Two minimalistic designs created for Campus-411’s PhotoBlog feature.
While both layout employs the same colour scheme, I believe they have distinct urban personalities.
High School 411
Users registered with High School 411 will receive space for a photo blog with their account. When students upload pictures from their mobile phone, a script will randomly position the photo onto the locker wall.
The locker wall comes from the idea that a student’s locker is an intimate domain that very telling of their person. It’s appropriate that photographs of their stories should be shared this way.
Plans, etc
Between university, working and my attempts at having a social life, there are so many other things that I want to do.
Over the summer, I want to expand my skills set. I need to get an intermediate grasp on Flash, ASP and PHP. At the moment, I’m developing a PHP CMS using the OOP approach. Coding isn’t the hard part, it’s getting the achitecture in place and deciding how the classes should be grouped. Aside from backend flexibility, I need a user interface that will work with all my sites.
