Three poster designs for Campus-411 for promotional use. Designs needed to feel official in the sense it conveys a presence on university and college campuses. Main focus on the Web site address and the instructions are join. Secondary focus on what the organization was about.
They were also recreated as “rave card” versions to be distributed in major universities in the Greater Toronto Area.
Two bugs that I’ll need to fix.
On Safari+Mac:
The blue background behind the image is the problem. It’s correct on the left whereas the background-position is completely ignored on the “Service” page. The implementations of both are identical. If anyone know why it’s doing that, please let me know.
The second bug is with this design. On Firefox and Mozilla on Linux, the text on the navigation to the left is shifted down ~5 pixels. In other words, it’s not aligning properly with the background. Then again, I should probably make the design bulletproof when it comes to font-resizing.
